But Jesus looked at them and said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible” (Mark 10v27).
It is quite easy to put the Almighty God in a box where we limit Him by our standards. Impossibility is not with God but it’s with us. We measure God by our finite mind and the knowledge we have about Him. But He is much bigger than what we have heard or experienced of Him.
The knowledge of creation brings an awesome idea about God but what about before creation? Imagine this; the earth hangs on nothing (see Job 26v7). Scientists have a finite knowledge about God but sometimes capture a better picture of God. There are stars 1000 times bigger than the earth and some stars are brighter than the sun. Scientists believe that most of the matter in the Universe hasn’t been discovered yet. They call this “dark matter” because it exists, but it's hard to see. He is a freaky God.
Psalm 104v2-3, talking about God says, “Who cover Yourself with light as with a garment, who stretch out of the heavens like a curtain. He lays the beams of His upper chambers in the waters, who makes the clouds His chariot. David talked about the transportation system of God and says, “He walks on the wings of the wind. He is grossly eccentric.
I serve a limitless God who is not limited in His love for me or anyone else. He is limitless in His creativity, power, plans, glory or whatever. There is nothing impossible with God so put the measuring rod off Him!!
