Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of joy above Your fellows. [Psalm 45v7] – King James Version.
It is your level of commitment to God that delimits God’s commitment to you. I have always said to myself that I will not struggle for anything but I will strive to please God to commit Him to be committed to my welfare. It is when you sow in your best that you can expect the best from God. There is no two ways about it. My Utmost for His highest.
The Bible says Jesus had the Spirit without measure [see John 3v34] not because He was the Son of God. The intro scripture is a psalm about Jesus. The Bible says, “thou lovest righteousness and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee above Your fellows. Jesus had the Spirit without measure because of His commitment to please God at all cost.
Bishop David Oyedepo once said, “It is your dedication to God that makes for your distinction on the earth”. He also said, “How much you are willing to pay determines how much value you are willing to take. You can’t take any more than what you are willing to pay”. We are not on the same level!!! How much you are willing to place on the altar of God defines you. My Utmost for His Highest.
So until your all is on the altar of God you cannot expect God’s all. If you want the best from God then learn to give Him your best. Make a commitment to sow in your all into God and that will commit Him to give in His all. “What will be will be” is a fallacy of fools. Think about it!! My Utmost for His Highest.
